Returns & Warranties

Return Policy:

  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept any exchanges or refunds of products. Once a package is excepted it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
  • All Lingerie & accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned so please choose your size accordingly.  One size may or may not fit all.
  • If an item is found to be faulty or defective within 28 days of purchase, we will replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
  • A product must be proven to be defective due to an error in manufacturing, and not because of damage caused to the product after its delivery. Determining the nature of a product’s defect, and the eligibility of the product for exchange is subject to the discretion of management.
  • You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning the item to us, and we will look after the shipping costs of getting the replaced product back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective/faulty item must be returned in original packaging, with receipt and must have ALL original parts, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

Extended Warranty

Some products come with an extended warranty through the manufacturer.

To receive the warranty, it is your responsibility to register your product with that manufacturer and to follow their policies and procedures. We will cover the first one-year warranty in house, please contact us.  Proof of purchase is required.  For warranties after one year, please contact the company directly for the extended warranty coverage.  Products that come with extended warranties are noted in the detailed description of the product. Example of Companies with extended warranties are Evolved Novelties, Satisfyer Inc, and some Blush items.

TIP 💡When you receive your new product(s), place your invoice/receipt in the original box/packaging and place in a safe place, until the warranty is up. You now have your receipt and original box ready if any problem with your item comes up...
